Il Limone is an ancient manor house with a 5 meters hight starry vault, built at the end of the 19th century by a family of landowners from Fasano, a rich Apulian agricultural centre in the heart of Itria Valley.
As all the rich families of the area, they used to live in town during the winter season and to move at Villa dei Limoni during the summer to better follow their own farm and enjoy the sea.
Villa dei Limoni was built using the typical local stone, ideal to keep the freshness during summer. A quarry was created in front of the house, inside of that a splendid citrus grove was built in 1800, protected by a high dry-stone walls. The house and its splendid pool overlook the citrus grove with a drop of 6 meters. As all the masserie and manor houses, Villa dei Limoni was built with all the comfort of that period, large rainwater cisterns to irrigate the citrus grove, the vegetable garden and the olive trees, the snowfield for storing the snow and use it during the summer, the cellar, the well built inside the house accessible with the buckets from the kitchen to draw water.
Fasano hosts the most beautiful Apulian masserie and magnificent manor houses, nowadays returned to their ancient splendour.
The Villa has 5 bedrooms. Three rooms are equipped with queen size bed, one room with a king size bed and another room has a French size (1,45 mt) bed. In additionThe Villa has 3 extra beds to be allocated according to the necessity. The standard occupancy of the rooms is for 2 people, but it is possible to add 3 extra bed (for a total of 13 people)
Each room has an ensuite private bathroom. The Villa has 7 bathrooms in total.
In Two of the rooms there is a chromotherapy shower witch is separated from wc, sink with mirror and shelfs. In the other three rooms, the bathroom has shower, sink, wc and shelfs. Two of this bathroom are equipped with 2 bidet.
The dining room has one bathroom with sink, bidet, wc, shelfs and a separeted shower. One bathroom in the spa area with sink, wc and shower.
Four rooms have both the access directly to the outdoor area and the indoor area.
The Villa is shared on two floors. The house is located on the ground floor and the spa with the indoor pool is located in the basement
POOLS
There are two pools.
The outdoor one is around 65 msq large and 1,40 mt deep, it could be used 24h per day (oppure it is available 24h). Infinity pool overlooking the citrus grove. It is provided with an outdoor hated shower and wash feet shower.
The indoor pool is around 25 sq mt large and 1,40 mt deep. It could be used 24h per day . This pool could be heated with a supplement cost.
There are available 9 sun lounges with cushions and 3 sunlounges, 2 sunumbrellas large 3×3 mt, 2 sofa with an outdoor canapy and a large arbor with a living area for 100 people are available.

The wellness area is large around 70msq and is equipped with:
One 45 sq mt large room with indoor heated pool and sun loungers with shelfs for the towel.
One room with the relaxing area/massages, frigidarium (icefall), located where was there the house snowfield natural ice preservation (200 years ago).
One room with finnish sauna and turkish bath with kerlite. Experience shower
Use of sauna, turkish bath and frigidarium with a supplement cost.
The price of the Villa includes : towels and shower mat, bedlinen every 3 night. The daily change of the linen and towels has a supplement cost of euro 30 per room. (Bathrobe and bath towel are not available)
Cleaning service
The house is daily cleaned from 9.00 am until 1.00 pm for 4 hours.

The cleaning is schedulated for rooms, common areas, dishes and the kitchen. The laundry and the ironing service not included. The guests can use the washing machine, the iron and the ironing by their own.
Kitchen: household appliances provided
The kitchen is equipped with: washing machine, fridge, freezer, oven and stove.
The following household appliances are also provided: microwave, ice maker, vacuum, electric grill 28×18 cm, electric barbecue 28x27cm, blender, slicer, 5 nespress coffe machines, Moka (large, medium and small) and American coffee maker, juicer and electric juicer, kitchen scale and potato masher. The kitchen has a set of pot, pan, Stainless steel grilles, glasset for wine and water, trays, cutting board, cups.

The outdoor patio has an outdoor table for 12 people
The Villa has 7 televisions, 5 of that are smart tv. (Sky is not available)

Pets policy
One small pet is allowed per stay. Security deposit required.
Gardener
The gardener has free access during different times (mowing once per week, watering of the plants every day in the early morning and in the evening during summer, maintenance, planting and fruit picking during autumn and winter)

One baby chair (hook-on chair) and a camping crib are available
Year of construction and official opening date
The original building dates 1886 and it has been restored during 2018. It is open to the public since the 1st of August 2019
