The Events Office oversees the organizational and operational coordination of events, ensuring consistency with the venue’s identity and its quality standards.

Our event support services include:

1) Request Evaluation
Feasibility analysis based on the type of event, number of participants, and implementation timeline.

2) Organizational Coordination
Planning of operational phases, definition of timelines, and coordination between organizers, internal departments, and external suppliers.

3) Space Management
Allocation of dedicated areas, definition of setup and dismantling procedures, internal regulations, and alignment with the venue’s image.

4) Technical and Logistical Support
Coordination with authorized technical suppliers (audio, video, lighting), management of access, safety, and all services required for the proper execution of the event.

5) On-site Assistance During the Event
Presence of an Events Office representative to support the organization, ensuring the smooth running of scheduled activities and compliance with service standards.

6) Administrative Procedures
Support in managing all necessary documentation, including contracts, authorizations, and regulations related to event organization.

From the initial quotation request to the final contractual agreement, from operational event management to final closure—including administrative and reporting aspects—organizers will always have a single point of contact within the Events Office.
